• Cancellations/No Shows



Per Spa Policy we take clients by appointment only, so please arrive on time. We do not require clients to come early for service. You will be asked to provide a valid credit or debit card number to prepay 50% for your appointment. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Late Arrival

Please keep in mind that arriving late for your appointment may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, so as not to inconvenience other guests, with full charges applied. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals within 15 minutes after your appointment by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled time of your appointment will result in full charges (equivalent deductions from gift cards/ certificates or other vouchers) without the opportunity to reschedule.


We value your business and appreciate your attention now to our cancellation policy.

Please respect our therapists and our other guests by keeping your appointments. Because your appointments are guaranteed reservations for you and we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, to avoid any unwanted situation we kindly request that you advise us a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment for your cancellation or rescheduling requests.

We realize that sometimes a sudden illness can prevent you from giving 24 hours’ cancellation notice. In this instance, you will be only being charged $25. This money is used to compensate your therapist, who set aside his/her valuable time for your appointment.

If you have a gift certificate or other voucher and do not show up for your treatment or cancel 24 hours before your treatment time, you will forfeit your voucher.

No-show guests or guests omitting to advise us in due time will be subject to 50% charge of total bill. Please note that we request credit card details to secure your booking.

It applies to gift cards/ certificates and other promotional vouchers.

For promotional vouchers their promotional 50% of value will combine other half with the 50% of our regular price. If they wish to reschedule.

  • Privacy Policy


Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. In order to maintain the highest standards of client service Sheen Med Spa is required from time to time to collect and retain personal information. We are committed to protecting this personal information.
The type of personal information we may need to collect from our clients includes the following:

• Name, age and familial status
• Residential or business address
• Contact telephone numbers and e-mail address
• Emergency contact telephone numbers
• Medical information
• Credit card or other billing information at time of booking

It is important that you understand we will not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties.

Sheen Med Spa maintains appropriate security measures over all methods of storage of personal information to ensure that privacy is maintained.

  • Feedback


Any feedback regarding your treatments should be made in the first instance at the front desk before you leave the spa so that it can be resolved at the time.
Complaints which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in email to the Spa Supervisor and sent to location in question: info@sheendayspa.com

  • Cellphones


Although we encourage social grooming we request that you refrain from using your mobile when in our spa. Should you need to have them with you, we kindly ask that you make sure your cellular devices are switched off prior to entering the treatment areas.

  • Pricing/Payment


For booking your appointment via phone, email, online or in person we required 50% payment of the treatment in advance.

We accept all Debit, Credit cards and interac e transfer. We do not accept cheques.

All spa treatments prices are subject to change without notice.



Please note we do not accept any Debt or credit card for the payments under $ 50. An extra charge of $2 will apply if you do not have cash.



We make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give client the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.



At Sheen Med Spa all our products are sold as brand new and for personal use only. We cannot give refunds on any products sold, due to personal hygiene and health and safety reasons. If there is a fault with the product we can send back to the manufacturer for review.

  • Therapist Illness


Unfortunately, we might have to cancel your appointments due to therapist/staff illness and emergency. In the case that we cannot reschedule your appointment on the same day we will have to cancel your appointment and rebook you for another day. We will notify you as soon as we can if we need to cancel your appointment.

  • Online Access


While we endeavor to ensure that the website is normally available 24 hours a day, Sheen Med Spa shall not be liable if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons by Sheen Med Spa’s control.

The Spa will not be responsible for lost, damage or misplaced items.

We thrive to make you happy with our service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them.
With this in mind, please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are therapeutically appropriate for you. And if you have any questions at any time, please ask.

  • Terms & Conditions


Sheen Med Spa at any time, reserves the right to change our Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.

  • Health Conditions


All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Questionnaire form before our therapists can perform any treatments on you. Failure to do will result in us refusing to perform your treatments. Please advise us of any health/skin conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when completing the form.
It is the responsibility all regular clients to let us know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead.
We also reserve the right to ask you to complete the Client Questionnaire every 6 months so that we can update our records.
Please note that for certain medical conditions we will require written permission from your Doctor to proceed.

Per Spa Policy please ensure you inform your therapist if you are pregnant to allow us to tailor your experience.
Please note our pregnancy and safety policy: no treatments can be given in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Contraindications of services
These contraindications of services at Sheen Med Spa, can prevent you from having service with us.
•Use of Retinol/ Retin A within 7 days of service
•Use of Accutane within 6 Months of service
•Allergies to the following: Citrus, Nuts, Shellfish, Metals, Aloe
•Open Lesions or Wounds

Please note if we notice any contagious skin, nail or health condition, for our and other client’s safety we reserve the right to refuse the treatment.

  • Zero Tolerance Policy


While we strive to provide the best services and treatments, our years of experience have led us to understand that some clients may misunderstand our policies and procedures in the spa. Everyone is welcome to discuss any issues they may have with us and we are open to suggestions from our valued clientele. However, the standards of our professionalism will not tolerate such incidents to result in: lying, personal revenge, humiliation, abuse or the threatening of Sheen Med Spa’s good name.
Please note Sheen Med Spa has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to:
• Intimidation
• Offensive verbal comments/threats
• Physical assault and/or battery
• Harassing or non-consensual photography or recording
• Fake online reviews
• Shoplifting
If this occurs, your treatment will be stopped immediately, and you will be asked to leave.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone on customer behavior, decorum or the health and safety of patrons/employees and any other issue felt to be inappropriate by our staff.

Offenders will be reported to police.

  • Younger Guests


Our treatments are specially tailored for adults, teen and children. Guests under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by their parents and a guardian’s consent form must be signed.

  • Gratitude


15% to 20% of the service fee is customary. Tip envelopes are available at the front desk.

  • Gift Cards/Vouchers


Gift cards may be used toward any service or product offered at Sheen Med Spa (some restrictions may apply). Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Spa Finder, Spa Wish, Way Spa and Groupon Gift Certificates/vouchers – cannot be used on any specials or with any discounts.

We require a credit card to secure an appointment time if voucher number is not readily available.

Please note Gift certificates/cards:

• Except as provided herein, gift certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable.
• Are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed by Sheen Med spa.
• Sheen Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser. (if third party involve we can ask to get refund from them)
• Gift certificates are not redeemable on holidays or holiday weekends.
• Gift certificates are only redeemable for the amount or service specified on the gift certificate and must be redeemed by expiration date if indicated.
• If a service exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of service.
